The construction company for the bridge has nice pictures. If you click on the picture, it takes you to a set of construction pictures that are pretty interesting.
I ended the day on mile 600.8, which may be the first time I have landed on an even 100 miles.
As I was walking someone parked near the trail calls out:
He: Can I talk to you?
(Ummmm... I keep my distance.)
He: I see you walking every day and I was just wondering where you walk.
(Okay, stalker.)
Me: Issa secret!
(Um, a secret that you can find out on the internet, LOL!)
He: Well I'm just amazed that I see you walking every day and I thought I just have to talk to that woman. Compliment-compliment-compliment, blah-blah-blah.
(He had a nice car and he was HOT, maybe talking to that woman should include asking for her number? Maybe not.)
haha... I love this conversation. Glad he didn't turn out to be someone REALLY creepy... although, knowing your walking habits definitely is on the creep-o-meter.
